Meatballs and Potatoes
The easiest and quickest meal in your instant pot
Equipment
- Instant Pot
- Whisk
Ingredients
- 1 box Pre-cooked meatballs frozen
- 2.5 cups Water
- 2 pkgs Beef Gravy
- 1 bag baby potatoes
Instructions
- Pour 2.5 cups of water into the bottom of the instant pot.
- Add 2 packages of gravy mix and whisk until thoroughly combined with water
- Add meatballs and potatoes, stir mixture.
- Put lid on instant pot. set to sealing position
- Set to manual and cook for 4 minutes
- Once complete, do a quick pressure release. Mix contents of instant pot so everything is covered in that delicious gravy. Transfer to a serving dish and voila!

This is by far the quickest and easiest meal you could every find for the Instant Pot.
Drink Selection would be a Red wine such as a Merlot.
