Rice Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Whole Milk
  • 1 1/4 Cups Water
  • 1 Cup Long Grain Rice Basmati or short grain white rice will also work
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt (Or to taste)

Instructions
