Every household loves Mac n Cheese. This Instant Pot recipe is the BEST Mac n Cheese you will ever have! You'll never buy Mac n Cheese in a box again. Homemade always tastes better! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 4 Cups Dry Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 2 Cups Beer A nice light Ale or Lager -- If you do not want to use beer - replace with an addition 2 cups of chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper or to taste
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 - 1 Cup Whole Milk
Instructions
- Add the uncooked macaroni, chicken broth, Beer, butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and salt to the Instant Pot.
- Place the lid on the pot and set to sealing. Cook on manual function, high pressure for 5 minutes. Then, do a quick release.
- Add the milk, then the cheese to the pot in 3-4 handfuls, stirring in between each addition until smooth and creamy. Season as necessary to taste.
Notes
NOTES
- Start with 1/2 cup of milk. I find whole milk (3%) works best. If the mix is a little too think, you can add a little more milk as required.
- Feel free to play with different varieties of cheese. But take note - not all cheeses melt nicely.
