Ingredients
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Cup Steel cut oats
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 Pinch Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Add the oatmeal, water and almond milk to the pot of your Instant Pot. Then add the cinnamon stick and kosher salt.
- Put the lid on, set steam release to seal. Press the manual setting and set the cooking time for 3 minutes on high. Once the cooking time ends, allow the oatmeal to sit in the pot to natural release the pressurized steam for 20 minutes. Quick release any remaining pressure.
- Add toppings of your choice with additional almond milk to taste. Oatmeal can be refrigerated for 3-5 days.
